Coffee is the heart of many people. In recent years, studies have been pointing out that coffee can reduce the risk of stroke, depression, dementia and cancer in human beings. A recent study in the United States even shows that drinking coffee can reduce the risk of endometrial cancer in women by 25%.

The study surveyed more than 67000 American nurses and found that women who drank more than four cups of coffee a day were a quarter less likely to develop endometrial cancer than those who drank less than one cup of coffee a day. Women who drank two to three cups of coffee a day reduced their risk of cancer by about 7%.

Can reduce insulin and estrogen

Studies have pointed out that drinking coffee can reduce insulin and estrogen levels, and endometrial cancer is related to the fact that these two indexes are too high, which is believed to be the reason why coffee can help women reduce the risk of cancer.

However, the survey also shows that no matter whether women like coffee or not, the proportion of women suffering from endometrial cancer is not high.

Scholars remind you that drinking more will make you fat.

In the 26 years of the survey, only about 670 women were diagnosed with endometrial cancer, accounting for about 1% of the total respondents. So researchers are still not sure that drinking coffee is a factor that reduces women's chances of developing endometrial cancer.

Joe Vanaci, a professor at the Harvard School of Public Health who led the study, warned that because too much caffeine may be harmful and have negative effects, and adding sugar and cream to coffee will offset some of the benefits of coffee and lead to obesity, drinking too much will increase the risk of endometrial cancer, so women are advised not to drink too much coffee.
