It was found that middle-aged people who drank 3 to 5 cups of coffee a day were more likely to develop Alzheimer's disease in their old age.
People who drank less than 2 cups of coffee and more than 5 cups of coffee a day were 65% lower.

Mia Givepelto, head of the research project, said coffee is rich in anti-aging and other neuroprotective ingredients, so drinking coffee in moderation can prevent and delay Alzheimer's disease.
