What are the calories of iced coffee with high calories?

In addition to quitting smoking, maintaining a healthy weight is "the most important way to prevent cancer," WCRF said. According to the foundation, 19000 people in the UK develop cancer each year because they are overweight.
Dr. Thompson, director of the WCRF science program, said that if you want coffee, you'd better choose sugar-free coffee with skim or low-fat milk, and don't have too much cream and sweet fruit syrup, because they are high in calories.
