Researchers at the London School of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene reviewed 13 independent studies and analyzed the link between caffeine and work errors.

The study found that drinking coffee scored higher on memory, concentration and reasoning tests and made fewer mistakes at work than methods such as taking a placebo and taking a nap.

More benefits
A previous study showed that coffee is rich in chlorogenic acid and antioxidants, which protect the heart.
The researchers surveyed 374 people with heart disease and found that drinking one to two cups of coffee a day in patients with normal blood pressure helped prevent the condition from getting worse. But the protective effect of coffee has no effect on heart patients with high blood pressure, and if these people drink coffee, the result may be counterproductive.
In addition, caffeine can regulate the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the body, reduce the risk of developing Ⅱ diabetes, and play a slight anti-inflammatory effect.
