Fullness-Body
Rich Body ---Rich fullness, basically wrapping the whole taste bud, that is, mellow and intense.
Full Body -often confused with Rich Body, many people also like to describe it as Full, All Around Body. In fact, in tasting, Full Body is mainly the feeling of the middle of the taste buds.
Fat Body ---Heavy and thick. There is a strong stimulation in the front half of the taste buds.
Thin Body --- It is often reflected in insufficient extraction or excessive shallow baking. Compare water.
Whether in the cup test or the barista competition, body plays a large role because it determines the balance of coffee more than flavor or aftertaste.
It's not that I don't like light roasts, but it's true that I'm becoming less and less interested in light roasts that focus only on flavor and lack balance.
