The hourglass coffee machine in the picture is very creative, its biggest feature is: no electricity, use cold water! And because coffee beans are diffused in cold water, they are not astringent or sour, only mellow.

As shown in the picture, first, the 9:14 rough ground coffee beans and water are added to the filter at the bottom of the hourglass to let them fully react for 12 to 24 hours, and then the hourglass is turned over. The original filter at the bottom and the coffee dregs that have been reacted are at the top and can be removed directly, while the water that has fully extracted the coffee bean essence goes into the container, which is the cold espresso coffee that has been "brewed". When drinking, you can dilute it with hot water, add milk and sugar at will, or make iced coffee directly. This cold espresso can be kept in the refrigerator for two weeks without spoiling. It seems really convenient.
