Taiwan Coffee beans-Lugu & #8231; Taiyi Manor
The BGT Forum is conducting a vote on the top 10 coffee events of the year, which mentioned that "Taiwan has become increasingly sophisticated in growing coffee and has actively asked the way to the end consumer market." "this is indeed the case. This year, many self-roasting coffee shops received samples from coffee farmers in Taiwan, and after the trial roasting, they invited friends to evaluate them, and the relevant experiences were also scattered in blog articles. The Jazz Manor from Lugu in Taiwan even sells raw coffee beans to Japan, which can be said to be from the Light of Taiwan.
In addition, at the beginning of this year, in the quotation of Lianjie Coffee, a professional raw bean merchant, we also saw this item of Alishan Coffee. Perhaps because of the price, it did not continue after half a year of sales. I would like to talk to Lianjie here. Folks, Arina loves Taiwan, and Taiwan coffee continues to be sold!
This year's Taiwan coffee evaluation was held at the Taiwan Coffee Festival held in Yunlin Gukeng. According to Mr. Huang Ming-teh, one of the evaluation committee, the number of coffee growers participating in the evaluation this year has increased from 76 last year to more than 120. It can be seen that Taiwan coffee farmers pay more attention to the quality of coffee, and the top 10 Taiwanese beans also meet the requirements of the international cup test.
Among the top 10 coffee farmers in Taiwan, Chiayi County was the big winner, accounting for as many as nine. The special prize was won by Chen Huangren of Meishan in Chiayi.
This time, I would like to introduce Taiwan beans from the deer valley of Nantou. Taiyi Manor is located in the foothills of the Phoenix Mountains in Lugu, Nantou County, with an average elevation of 700 meters. It is a hillside, hilly terrain, good drainage and ventilation loess. The year-round temperature is mild, belonging to the subtropical climate, affected by the terrain, foggy in the afternoon, surrounded by clouds, short direct exposure to the sun, fog increases the moisturization of the growth of coffee trees. Rainfall is concentrated in the early summer and mid-autumn season, so it is the flowering and growth period of coffee trees, while the harvest period of coffee is the dry and rainy period in winter, and the post-harvest treatment is washing.
After grinding, the dried incense has the taste of sweet pepper and chocolate, sipping it and filling the mouth with sweet sugarcane flavor.
