Method of operation:

4. Fire to heat the water in the lower seat. Making coffee in a siphon pot requires a water temperature of about 90-94 degrees.

5. Insert the upper seat of the siphon pot into the lower seat.

6. the water in the lower seat will begin to rise along the middle tube of the siphon pot. When half of the water has risen to the upper seat, stir the coffee particles and water in the upper seat with a bamboo spoon.

7. The coffee and water in the upper seat will be divided into three layers, the upper layer is foam, the middle layer is foaming coffee powder, and the lower layer is immature water that will become the standard color of coffee. If it bubbles and tumbles as soon as it rises, it means that the firepower is too large, so turn the fire down immediately.

Maintain a static state of about 30 to 50 seconds, a process called stew. Then the upper foam gradually expands and becomes larger until the bubble is as big as a golf ball or even bigger, the middle layer gradually dissolves and precipitates, and the lower layer disappears completely. At this time, you can use a bamboo spoon to stir well, and then turn off the fire. The liquid in the upper seat is coffee with the same color and no foam.

8. If you are skillful, you can stir the circle in the upper seat with a bamboo spoon, ask the coffee to quickly drop to the lower seat of the siphon pot, or cover or wipe the lower seat with a wet cloth, so that the hot air of the lower seat cools and sucks down the coffee quickly. At this point, you should see the coffee powder in the upper seat showing a mountain-shaped or semicircular sphere. Open the upper seat, pour the coffee from the lower seat into the cup, and complete the siphon coffee making.
