For KiOSK, I have some selfishness, because the predecessor of KiOSK_Flat White was also a personal preference coffee shop, when Flat White in Yongkang Street was about to end, I also felt a pity and a little sad. A few years ago, I fell in love with Flat White from Australia and New Zealand abroad. Like other kinds of coffee, it is also based on espresso plus milk. However, Flat White has the thinnest milk foam, which can be said to be a little more milk, plus a thin layer of milk foam. Therefore, it tastes smoother and heavier than latte coffee. At that time, most people in Taipei did not know Flat White very well. As soon as they knew that there was a coffee shop called "Flat White" that made me miss it day and night, Naturally, I immediately went to find out, and then closed down. Flat White has also become one of the coffee memories shared by a group of strangers in certain periods. A few months ago, I saw friends start to make pilgrimages to KiOSK like a wave. I found that it was Flat White that started again. It was said that it was a re-exploration of old dreams or a taste of fresh ones. I decided to make a decision immediately (absolutely!) I need to go. So we came to Kiosk with a blue door.

Starting again, KiOSK chose to stay near Guanghua Shopping Mall, where some famous cafes slowly appeared. It was expected to be a slightly depressed Monday, and the door was almost full. In addition to those who missed Flat White, more should be new guests who liked such a simple and elegant style!

Come here, of course, to order a glass of Flat White nicknamed White Flattie here, the boss said with a little apology, a lot of meals are almost gone, suggest that people who want to taste the meal should come early, otherwise it is easy to eat with KiOSK popularity, so when the boss said that there will be some cake later, I did not ask what it was and ordered first.

Unfortunately (meals almost sold out without choice) lucky, eat quite popular lemon olive oil cheese cake, very personal taste, cheese slip with lemon aroma, which added a little sweet dried fruit, plus the bottom is not thick pastry, taste variable, rich layers, and noticed? The top is sprinkled with black pepper, but it doesn't violate the harmony at all. It has three flavors of sweet, sour and salty. I like it very much!

Although the usual side dish salad is missing, I still ask the boss to give me a sandwich. I really don't want to miss the meal here! This pepperoni and greased red pepper sandwich was baked crispy on the bread. Although it didn't look as good as the usual salad, it didn't lose its taste!

Since we came to KiOSK, we naturally suggested ordering the famous Flattie first, and shaking a small glass of ice, slightly sour, very smooth to drink, but also very distinctive.

We loved KiOSK either because of the memories or because of the atmosphere, but if you want to enjoy a complete and quiet coffee moment, I suggest you come early because it's wonderful and worth it.

One day I was browsing Instagram and suddenly found this cafe with a strange name-Moss. March just opened, quickly became a lot of people's punch mark. As for the origin of moss, the official website says this: moss, although it is possible to see it everywhere at the foot of the city, is always more likely to be seen by slow or curious people; the green cluster looks soft and approachable, and it is very relaxing to stop and look at it; our thoughts on this space of moss are as big as this.

Do you feel a bit of Japanese Zen? To be honest, at first glance, the style and description of the official website, I guess the boss should have a lot of personality, and began to worry a little, too stylish shop always let me some hesitation, hands and feet do not know where to put, but in this rainy afternoon, I stepped into the store, I was greeted politely and kindly by the staff, because there is only one person, worried about occupying seats, the staff only whispered that it does not matter, can sit at will, that moment, I understand, So-called mossy soft and approachable.

Of course, if the holiday crowd is crowded, naturally you can't sit around at will. There are a lot of old furniture arranged in the fur, but there is some space left, and there is a little more atmosphere at home. The roof also has a skylight. If it is a sunny day, the light falling should be more beautiful! But Moss itself is a very stylish cafe, even if it is raining days can not hide her charm.

Here take to the counter to order food first, finish the meal and then pay. The food was served and everything was casual. Since I had already had coffee for the day, I saw hot chocolate on the blackboard menu, which was unusual in coffee shops. I ordered a Tanzanian hot cocoa and sesame tofu sandwich, and then went back to my seat to enjoy the rainy afternoon.

The sesame bean curd sandwich was quite heavy, without too much seasoning. It was a refreshing route. I ate about half of it and I was almost full. Although it was light food, I should not be hungry. I haven't studied cocoa, but this cup of hot cocoa comes with a lovely chocolate button. The cocoa tastes very rich and a little sour, but overall it is mild and smooth, and tastes best when drunk hot.

A person can enjoy the exclusive silence of the cafe, but the only disadvantage is that you can't taste all the food or drinks, such as the milk tea here, which is freshly cooked, a pot sent to the table, slowly drinking can pass the afternoon; in addition, the sausage used in the German sausage castle is said to be made by German masters, very special, I would like to try it next time.

Café Junkies

Compared to Café Junkies, I prefer its "Chinese name" small tattered, very playful, very kind. In fact, this is not a coffee shop that will give you a sense of distance. Take a buffet style, order, pay, find a seat, wait for the meal to be ready, and then enjoy your coffee time.

Café Junkies is a popular American industrial style, decorated with recycled old materials, second-hand old furniture, etc., but compared with the impression of simple and clean space layout, many small places here are decorated with ingenuity and sense of humor, so that people do not want to miss any small corner. The counter was not filled with seats, but a long table was placed (and it is said that this is actually a door picked up), with cute mini toys on it, which are said to be set up for people to stand and chat. These small places can feel the thoughtful thoughts of the original design. By the way, the boss is the lead singer and guitarist of the orchestra! The spontaneous and sensual atmosphere seems to have its own origin!

There is a wide selection of beverages, coffee, tea, milkshakes, hot milk, hot chocolate and beer and even mulled wine. Although it is a coffee shop, there is a whole cabinet of Elysian craft beer from Seattle, which makes it feel a little bit more like a bistro.
