Hacienda La Minita Estate is located in the famous Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. Due to the excellent geographical environment and microclimate in the estate, the beans of La Minita Estate have a more balanced and aromatic taste than the coffee of other Tarrazu regions. Of the 1,200 acres under cultivation in La Minita, 680 acres are currently under cultivation. Of the remaining 520 acres, 200 acres are located in the south of the estate as a natural forest reserve where coffee trees are prohibited. The estate is planted in an east-west direction. The Tarrazu River is located in the south and the Alubre River is located in the north. These two rivers meet at the western ridge where the estate is located. The soil is gray, brown and light red and rich in organic matter. It is 830 meters high, but the central region falls between 1,250 and 1,650 meters high.

No pesticides are used on the Laminita estate, and fortunately, the climate and altitude of the estate's geographical advantages limit the number of pests to a considerable extent. Most importantly, through careful planting and weeding techniques, LaMinita grows strong and healthy coffee trees, a few pests do not cause too much impact on the coffee trees, at the end of the rainy season, followed by cherry ripening, green cherry fruits begin to turn red or yellow, cherry ripening is very slow and uneven, not as fast and consistent as flowering. Therefore, harvesting must be handled more carefully. The ripe cherries will be harvested first, and the immature cherries will be left on the tree for later harvesting. The fruits of a coffee tree, Laminita, are harvested up to five times depending on their maturity, and the season ends after the last harvest, around the end of February. After the harvest season, all coffee fruits, ripe or immature, are picked to prepare the coffee tree for the next year's harvest.

It was hard to understand how the teachers described it for the first time. It wasn't until he drank it that he was really fascinated by it. Especially that milk-like smooth taste and milk-chocolate-like flavor, really has a silk-like taste, but there is a soft apple sweet and sour taste in the background dance. It didn't have a strong aroma like Ye Jia Xue Fei, but it tasted soft and smooth, but it tasted elegant and rich. When I tasted it slowly, I would find that its aroma and alcohol were very high. Almost everyone around me was fascinated by it, making people want to drink it again and again.

LaMinita itself is already so famous and has such outstanding good beans, so what is LaMinita besides LaMinita?

It all starts with the bean of Guatemala Antigua Flower God: I once shared this bean of Flower God PB in class. We baked cinnamon (using Korean Taihuan 1.5KG semi-direct fire semi-hot air baking machine to produce beans at 195 degrees), but the final product was impressive. Rich aroma layers, sour and sweet taste, and the most impressive flower fragrance, are also floral, but different from Yejia Xuefei, feeling more mature, richer, more profound floral smell.

These two beans can be seen from the picture. The appearance is really good. LaMinita and Flower God can hardly see defective beans. This is a lot easier for us bean bakers. There is no need to pick beans at all. From this point alone, I am deeply impressed by LaMinita. The beans are expensive but worth it.
