Indonesian coffee timtim striped bean horse face Manning
Tim tim is not actually a purebred bean, but a natural hybrid of arabica and robusta coffee trees that was discovered on timor island in the 1940s and cultivated for its natural disease resistance. In the Americas this variety is known as Hybrido de Timor, or Tim for short, and in Indonesia it is also known as Bor Bor.
Time is an island divided into East Time and West Time. Now East Timor has become independent and an independent sovereign country-East Timor, while West Timor is still a part of Indonesia.
Tim Tim Raw Beans
Tim Tim cooked beans
This bean has a distinct earthy smell on the taste. The cleanliness of the taste is slightly inferior, but the mellowness is on the left side of the average mantenin. The taste is low, which is very similar to most mantenin. The sweetness is very good, and there is a heavy caramel taste in the aftertaste. As the temperature decreases, this performance becomes more and more obvious and clear.
Compared with the ordinary mantinin, I personally think the overall performance of tim tim is equal, but the price is slightly more expensive. From the perspective of clean taste and comprehensive performance, I still prefer gold mantinin, of course, the price is also more expensive than ordinary man and timtim.
Tim Tim is not very common in the domestic market, you usually do not buy this bean in the general sale of commercial beans.
