2. Clean the outlet of the cooking head: after closing every day, remove the handle and press the cooking button to rinse down the coffee grounds left in the cooking head and on the filter, and scrub the inside of the cooking head and the washer with a clean brush.
3. Steam stick: after using the steam stick to make milk foam, wipe the steam stick with a clean wet dishcloth and turn on the steam switch again, making use of the impulse and high temperature of the steam itself to automatically clean the residual milk dirt in the air hole to maintain the smooth flow of the air hole; note: turn off the steam at one time to prevent milk from being sucked back into the pipe or boiler.
4. Boiler: in order to prolong the service life of the boiler, if the machine is not used for a long time (more than one month), please turn off the power supply and turn on the steam switch to completely release the pressure in the boiler until the boiler pressure gauge indicates zero. After the steam is no longer ejected, open the boiler drain valve, drain the water inside the boiler, and then clean the water tray and drain.
5. Water plate: clean the water plate before opening or before use.
6. Drain trough: A. remove the water tray and clean the sediment in the drain with a wet rag or napkin, and then rinse with hot water to keep the drain unobstructed; B. if the drainage is poor, pour a spoonful of cleaning powder into the drain and rinse with hot water to dissolve the coffee residue in the drainage pipe. Note: drainage pipes should not be heavily pressed or folded to ensure smooth drainage.
7. Filter cup and handle: wash the handle with hot water at least once a day to dissolve the coffee oil and sediment left on the handle, so as to prevent part of the oil and sediment from flowing into the coffee during cooking and affecting the quality of the coffee.
8. Backwash function of the brewing system: a, remove the filter cup of any filter cup handle and replace it with a non-porous filter cup; B, put a tablespoon of cleaning powder (2-3 grams) into the filter cup; C, insert the filter cup handle into the socket and check whether it is fully closed. D, set automatic backwash function to make the system repeat backwash, then relax the handle after 8 times, press the manual key and shake the handle left and right to wash the cooking head gasket and the inside of the cooking head until the water in the filter cup becomes clean and colorless; E. remove the handle after cleaning, press the cleaning button to make the remaining clean powder flow out of the brewing system, and press the key to stop after about 30 seconds. F, after cleaning, try to make a cup of coffee to remove the smell after cleaning; G, if there are multiple outlets, other outlets also repeat the above steps for cleaning and maintenance.
