Philharmonic pressure Aeropress is an easy-to-operate coffee-making appliance with the characteristics of pressure extraction, which makes the coffee made by it different from manual drip coffee (that is, what we usually call hand-brewed coffee). Today we introduce to you how to use Philharmonic pressure Aeropress to make coffee:

Things to prepare before making coffee:

Prepare the filter paper, put it in the filter, rinse the filter paper with hot water, then install the filter and brewer, and put it on the coffee pot for use.

Before filling water to make coffee, grind the fresh coffee beans into coffee powder (we recommend that you have a bean grinder to make your own coffee have a better flavor). If you use beans from Uncle Bean Coffee Roasters, we recommend that the ratio of coffee to water for making coffee is 1:12. In uncle bean coffee shop, we use 15 grams of coffee beans and 180 grams of water.

After injecting about 180 grams of hot water, use a stirring stick to mix the coffee powder and hot water evenly, gently cover the piston, wait for the coffee powder and hot water to soak for about 45 seconds, remove the piston, and use the stirring rod to stir the coffee again. After stirring, you can use the piston to press the coffee. The technique is to press the coffee down slowly and hard.

After pressing all the coffee into the coffee pot, shake the coffee well, pour it into the coffee cup and enjoy a cup of freshly made delicious coffee. Use hot water with a water temperature between 85 ℃ and 90 ℃ to brew coffee (depending on the freshness of coffee beans, use cooler hot water, such as 85 ℃) the grinding degree of coffee powder is the same as that made by us.
