Central to Sheung Wan is actually very close, if you have enough feet, you can go up the hill from Central escalator, past soho District, various design brand stores and personalized restaurants bistro. The old Lianxiang House and Lu Yu teahouse are also in this area, and you can also pass by many coffee shops along the way.
The most conspicuous is the The Cupping Room (hereinafter referred to as CR), which is located at Shop 18, Cho Lun Street, Central. CR is famous because the boss Kapo has won the prize in the Hong Kong Coffee Competition for three years in a row, one runner-up and two championships, and won the second place in the World Coffee Masters on behalf of Hong Kong in 2015.
Therefore, when I first visited a few years ago, the old CR store is still in Stanley. Over the past three years, several branches have been opened one after another.
But this is the second CR we passed, so we didn't order coffee in the store. We pushed the door in and took a look at the environment. It was better than the store in Sheung Wan.

Then turn a corner, walk to the Riverley Street, you will meet another The Cupping Room. When we arrived, it was lunchtime and the smell of lampblack was pushed open. The impression was immediately discounted (so the Central shop was more recommended). I originally planned to leave, but then I saw that the bench at the door was available and thirsty, so I ordered a cup of Ni poured into nitrogen with my friend respectively.
