Coffee improves women's memory

Last Updated: 2024/11/02, Researchers at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), have found that regular coffee consumption makes older women smarter.

Recently, researchers at the University of California, Los Angeles (U CLA) found that drinking coffee regularly can make older women smarter. They invited women over the age of 80 to take part in quiz competitions that even young people may not easily pass, such as inverting the word "W orld" or saying the names of animals you can say in a minute. The results of the study showed that older women who drank coffee all their lives performed far better than their sisters who did not drink coffee: 11 times in 12 competitions.

Scientists believe that caffeine can not only improve memory, but also repair memory. The coffee addiction of the women surveyed ranged from one cup a month to five cups a day.

However, the same result does not happen to men who love coffee. Generally speaking, a person's memory and energy will decline as soon as he is over 60. But the memory and energy of coffee drinkers actually do not seem to decline, but perform better.

There is a link between coffee drinking and women's good memories, regardless of age, education, or whether or not they have used hormone replacement therapy, and coffee helps to improve brainpower. This is good news for women who love coffee.
