Coffee Culture: the Origin of Coffee
Coffee has now become an indispensable drink in our lives, and it has experienced a lot of passion, adventure and love affairs in its long way. How on earth did the coffee growing in the silent depths of the forest be found? How does it spread all over the world? How did you start planting?
There are two main legends about how coffee was discovered.
One is the story of the Chaldaeans raising goats (originated in Ethiopia) and the other is Siku. The story of the monks of Omar (which originated in Arabia). The former is a saying spread by Christian countries, while the latter is a saying by Islamic countries.
Let's start by introducing the legend of the Dhardy. This is the Lebanese linguist Faust. It is recorded in Neroni's Monastery that does not know how to sleep (1671). On the Ethiopian plateau of the 6th century, the Chaldaeans who raised goats found that the sheep were excited day and night. After investigation, it turns out that this flock of sheep always go to the middle of the villa to eat the red fruit growing on the bushes. Tell this to the nearby monks, who ate the red fruit with the idea of trying to eat, feeling refreshed and full of energy. The monk took the red fruit back to the temple and advised other monks to eat it. Since then, there have been no sleepy people who want to sleep during the religious ritual all night.
The other is Abu Dar, an Islamist. Cuddy's Origin of Coffee (1587). It happened in the mountains of Yemen in the 13 th century, the Islamic monk Xiku. Omar was convicted for no reason and was released to Osaba from Mogadhiu in Yemen. He wandered about in the mountains, very hungry, when he saw a bird actively pecking at the red fruit on the tree and tried to cook it with water. The little red fruit gave off a wonderful fragrance. After drinking it, I felt tired suddenly and returned to health. Later, he became a doctor and used these fruits to help many patients. So he was exonerated from sin and returned to Moga, where he was praised as a sacred flame.
According to legend, wild coffee trees began in Ethiopia. It can be said that coffee trees grew on the African continent before the human race. Millions of years ago, Ethiopia became the place where human ancestors lived. Especially before Ethiopia, there was no written record of interesting stories about people eating red fruits of coffee, so coffee began in Ethiopia.
