Bean Coffee with 100% Japanese style

The bean warehouse is really a "small" shop. From the residential living room converted business space, a bit like their own kitchen, squeezed into two or three people will be cramped. Miss Hu wanted to promote the culture of people drinking coffee at home. Originally, she only wanted to sell take-away coffee beans. Later, she followed the advice of her friends and gave guests a chance to taste and find the beans they liked before preparing a few brewing tools. The unique business style of the shopkeeper, Miss Hu, attracts many nearby residents or Japanese office workers to have a drink when they pass by.

The store sells Okamoto coffee beans from Osaka. Okamoto Enterprise, founded in 1946, is a coffee bean supplier in the catering channel. The first generation of bosses focused on the technology of baking beans, and after the second generation took over, they commissioned traders to market overseas.

At present, there are nine kinds of coffee beans flown to Taiwan from Japan, including single beans, Italian beans, charcoal baked beans and mixed beans. For drinking on the spot, the price per cup ranges from 80 yuan to 260 yuan. The price of take-out beans ranges from 300 yuan to more than 1,000 yuan. Four kinds of baked tea produced by Okamoto are also sold: Assam, Ceylon, Earl and Darjeeling. Each box is 10 packets and 120 yuan.

Although the bean warehouse sparrow is small, the skillful hands of Miss Hu DIY can be seen everywhere. For example, the sign indicating the taste of coffee beans is that she picks up the abandoned boards of the Japanese-style house and engraves it one by one. Others, such as the printed font on the coffee bean package, the simple but traditional Italian coffee maker, may seem difficult, but you can feel her intention.
