The interior decoration of the shop is as thoughtful as a farmhouse.

New Zealand The Shearer's Quarters

-the sky of fate

If I think about it thousands of times, I won't think of driving to Timaru, a small town with little ornamental value. According to the itinerary, I should drive all the way from Queenstown on the South Island of New Zealand to Christ Church. But on that day, I met the annual Flower Festival in Alexandra, a small town on the road. We deliberately made a detour to watch, and it was obvious that the light lunch at the carnival was not full. After 03:00 in the afternoon, my stomach was growling. I asked the tour guide if there was a coffee shop nearby. It was not too much to ask for a refreshing cup of coffee and a small cake to fill my stomach. Perhaps the tour guide, knowing that I was demanding, whispered, "there is a good farm-style cafe nearby that you can try!" So we came to Timaru, an industrial town on the coast of the South Island of New Zealand. On a quieter path stands a rural manor house built with iron plates. Walking into this farm-style coffee house decorated with American cowboy movies, there is a very comfortable feeling of home. There is an interesting game of sheep cartoon animal chess on the terrace coffee table for guests to play chess. Walking into this cafe, the yellowish interior space is divided into three parts: the small shop area, the coffee cafe and the restaurant, which looks like a different feeling from others.

"it's okay here at 04:00 on Sunday afternoon?" is what the female tour guide said. If you had come earlier, the place would have been packed with children. I was a little confused. The guide said, "Let's go to the small farm behind us." Only then can I see lambs, ponies, chickens, ducks, outdoor space, which is a home that loves animals. No wonder there has been an unspeakable taste of the countryside since we entered the door. Going back to the coffee shop and talking to the owner about the concept of this small coffee shop, the original seemingly complete set of concepts of leisure, comfort, selling and learning (with different courses offered each week) has never been deliberately arranged.
