Coffee printing technology wins German Outdoor Industry Award
Following the environmentally friendly coffee yarn, Xingcai launched "P4DRY coffee grounds printing". This technology is not only used in 2.5 layers of printed fabric, can directly sweat and absorb the odor, and won the "2013 Outdoor Industry Award" in Germany.

Xingcai said that the award was hosted by the well-known German iF Design Award, with 315 products from 27 countries around the world. In the end, only 52 products won the award, while Xingcai was on a par with the United States and Japan in the material category, and was the only product in Taiwan that won the award.
Xingcai pointed out that the P4DRY developed this year uses patented coffee grounds extraction technology to add coffee grounds to the printing and become a new coffee grounds printing material. This technology is mainly used in 2.5 layers of printed fabric, which can be directly printed on the inner layer of the fabric, can directly contact the skin, quickly discharge the sweat during exercise, and absorb the peculiar smell on the body to achieve the effect of odor control.
Xingcai said that the holes of coffee grounds have the effect of absorbing odor molecules and anti-ultraviolet effect, even if they are products with different properties from coffee yarn, but still retain the original characteristics. Through the experimental results, compared with the unused cloth, the moisture removal effect of the cloth printed with P4DRY is 30% faster than that of the unused cloth.
As for the deodorization effect, it has nearly doubled. More importantly, its environmental concept has always been to use people's used coffee grounds for data regeneration, which is a friendly material for the earth.
