The referee team of the competition is composed of domestic well-known coffee referees, they all have the qualification of international brewing competition, but also have referee experience of many competitions, but also have the coffee industry certification of international evaluation. Yunnan is the largest coffee producing area in China, accounting for 98% of the country's coffee output. The boutique coffee beans of many coffee farms have gone abroad and stepped onto the world coffee stage. The competition was sponsored by Yunnan Provincial Agricultural Department, hosted by Shanghai Jiajinghui Culture Communication Company, and co-sponsored by China Coffee Alliance and Yunnan Coffee Trading Center. Guangzhou Coffee Industry Association, Coffee and Tea Industry Association, coffee power and other industry organizations gave full play to the function of the platform to promote the development and prosperity of the industry. Recently, the 2016 Yunnan Coffee Cup China Brewing Competition Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Competition ended in Guangzhou. The three-day contestants glowed and burned themselves on the field, creating a new realm of Chinese boutique coffee. The competition attracted a total of 24 outstanding baristas from Hong Kong, Hong Kong and Macao. After two days of preliminaries and one day after the final, the winner was Qi Enru, a barista from Hong Kong. Mo Weijian, a barista from Hong Kong, also from Hong Kong, swept the champion of designated coffee brewing in Yunnan. The third runner-up was won by Hong Yirui roy, a barista from Guangzhou, and three players represented Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao in the national finals.
