Nestl é completes world-class coffee factory in China
Qingdao, 10 Jul (Xinhua)-- Nestle's world-class coffee factory with a total investment of 880 million yuan was completed today in Laixi, Qingdao.
It is understood that the construction and commissioning of the new plant took 13 months and covers an area of 226000 square meters, including Nestle coffee extraction and spray drying production lines and all necessary industrial service facilities. Paul, CEO of Nestle Group? Bok Kai said in an interview with reporters, "the establishment of the new Lacey factory fully demonstrates Nestl é's continued commitment to the Chinese market and lays a solid foundation for the company's future development." At present, Nestl é operates 33 factories in Greater China, and 90% of the products sold in China are manufactured domestically.
