German college students open a unique cafe to eat and drink according to time.
Wiesbaden, the capital of the German state of Hesse, recently opened a unique cafe. This cafe does not calculate the price according to the coffee, dessert and other food ordered by the guests, but charges according to the length of time.
According to the German magazine Der Spiegel on the 28th, the coffee shop, called time Cafe, covers an area of 70 square meters. When customers enter the store, they have to pay a "ticket" of two euros and get a wristband that says what time it is. Within half an hour, customers can enjoy free coffee and desserts here. At the beginning of the 31st minute, customers have to spend 5 euro cents for every minute they spend.
In the cafe, customers can surf the Internet or do their homework for free. Of course, there are all kinds of clocks in cafes, which seem to remind customers that "time is money". This special cafe is run by two college students studying music. Instant Coffee
Here, shop assistants don't have to stare covetously at time-killing customers. However, there are still not many customers here, and the store hopes to attract more customers with new activities.
