Coffee makers cool the beans immediately after roasting and pack them, pumping nitrogen into the bags to vent the gases. 5. Place it in a cool and dry place as much as possible. Roasted coffee beans, if placed in a high temperature state, will easily lead to volatilization of coffee aroma and internal fine substances.
