The characteristic of this coffee shop is that it has no human staff and only uses six-axis robotic arms to make coffee for customers.

Customers can order coffee through the interactive machine next to the coffee shop or through a designated App. Currently, only coffee (coffee), latte and cappuccino are available. Even so, its efficiency is amazing, with an average of 100,120 cups of coffee per minute (the speed is affected by the difficulty of the coffee order, and the customer can choose the type of coffee beans when ordering, as well as the amount of milk or other additives).

There are several points worth discussing about the news. As far as customers are concerned, Cafe X does not provide the warmth of interpersonal interaction, so human waiters still have an advantage; although efficient, in times of high crowds, Cafe X is likely to have a long line; as far as providing places for Cafe X to enter, it will be quite interesting at the initial stage, but can save on personnel costs in the long run. As far as the service provided by the coffee shop itself is concerned, the less coffee option is still an unavoidable disadvantage, but it is believed that this will eventually be overcome through continuous development.
