Many people know that Vietnamese coffee is a unique drip filter coffee with condensed milk. Vietnam is the second largest producer of raw coffee beans in the world. however, how much do people know about the coffee culture of this coffee country?

The most important feature of Vietnamese coffee is that they can drink coffee anytime, anywhere and on any occasion. Gathering of relatives and friends, signing contracts, watching football games, and poets looking for inspiration all take place in cafes, and many lovelorn people go to coffee shops alone to drown their sorrows. Coffee has penetrated into the lives of ordinary people, and traces of coffee can be seen in music, books, sculptures and so on. At present, Vietnam ranks second in coffee production and export volume in the world, and Vietnamese have raised coffee drinking to a cultural level. Pei Chih-jung, a Vietnamese poet, once compared "coffee without distinction between ourselves and the enemy", which to a large extent summed up the coffee culture of the Vietnamese.

The Vietnamese also often associate coffee with the philosophy of life, such as "Coffee should be drunk while it is hot, and do not wait for it to be warmed up. At this time, the coffee will lose its delicious taste and become more bitter, so people should cherish what they have now in their lives. Let bygones be bygones. Don't worry about it and torture yourself." When some people complain, they will say, "Coffee bitterness is made up for by sugar. How can I make up for it?"

Walking on the streets of Vietnam, you can see traces of colonization, not only French buildings, but also the habit of drinking coffee. There must be a cafe every few decades on Hanoi street. Street vendors can be seen everywhere, selling French pointed bread. There are small tables and chairs and signs marked cafe's "cafes", not only in urban Vietnam, but also in some villages and towns along the way.

Vietnamese also have a strong sense of their identity. Vietnamese of French descent will tell you clearly that they are French Vietnamese. Such a place as Vietnam, adhering to the traditional spirit and culture of the Chinese, with the romantic attitude of the French, is perhaps the most unexplored new land for you to explore in the new century.

The old colonists brought pain and instilled culture, language and way of life into the depths of the city, especially in Ha long Wan, when the lights were on, neon lights were blurred in front of cafes everywhere on the street, and the fragrance of French coffee pervaded from the window.

There are so many cafes in Vietnam that people have the impulse to open one right away. There are five or six cafes on a small street. The cafes in each city are very different and have their own temperament. There are far more cafes in Saigon than in any city, with high, middle and low grades.

There is a very popular coffee shop in Saigon, Vietnam, not only because of the delicious coffee, but also because of the beautiful waiters. These beautiful waiters sometimes wear national costumes, sexy and revealing bikinis, sometimes gentle, sometimes wild, and sometimes perform a sexy and hot dance for the guests, making them crazy and lingering.

Vietnamese seem to like vegetation very much, except for those cafes which are decorated very modern, almost all of them are decorated with vegetation! From the outside, it looks like a small forest, but in the eyes of many Chinese, it may not be a coffee shop at all! Because in my impression, cafes seem to be very expensive places! But it's different in Vietnam! The coffee here is cheap and popular! But it tastes much better! You can drink many cups of coffee here. And the taste is much more mellow!

Of course, there are places where decoration is modern and coffee is expensive! But that doesn't necessarily mean his coffee tastes good. On the contrary, the coffee in some seemingly inconspicuous shops on the street is so delicious that people still want to drink it. There are also many "mobile cafes" in some stations and parks in Vietnam, where vendors hold bags full of ready-made coffee bags in their left hand and containers containing ice in their right hand. Customers find a place to sit and drink after buying them.

Don't worry about it and torture yourself." When some people complain, they will also say, "Coffee bitterness is made up for by sugar."
