The largest freeze-dried coffee project in China is located in Chongqing bonded Port area.

Chongqing coffee industry ushered in new development. Following the establishment of Chongqing Coffee Trading Center in June this year, the largest freeze-dried coffee production project in China with a total investment of about 1 billion yuan was officially settled in Chongqing bonded Port area on November 20.
Yesterday, a reporter from Chongqing Times learned from Liangjiang New area that the project will introduce the world's most advanced fully automated production line, of which the freeze-dried instant coffee production line can reach 10,000 tons per year. The settlement of the project will further improve the coffee industry chain in Chongqing and vigorously promote the in-depth development of Chongqing's foreign trade economy and modern service industry.
On November 20, Chongqing Liangjiang New District Cuntan bonded Port area sponsored by Chongqing Energy Group "10,000 tons of freeze-dried coffee production planning project launch activity" was officially held. According to the person in charge, the whole project is expected to be completed in 2018. After reaching full production, the freeze-dried coffee production project will have an annual capacity of 10000 tons of freeze-dried instant coffee, 2000 tons of coffee concentrate and 3000 tons of roasted coffee beans. Among them, the annual production capacity of freeze-dried instant coffee production line is 10000 tons, which is more than double that of the largest freeze-dried instant coffee production line in China.
The production technology of freeze-dried instant coffee is an advanced technology in the world at present. Compared with the traditional spray coagulation granulation process, the instant coffee produced by processing not only dissolves faster, but also can be drunk with cold boiled water.
