This scene has just been staged in Quanzhou recently. This is a "portable suit" launched by Chen Anne, a founder in Fujian, to speed up the spread of black tea culture. Since opening the first Western-style chain black tea house in Fujian, she has been moving towards her entrepreneurial dream of "Starbucks in Black Tea". The Chinese Black Tea Classic, edited by 18 famous masters, has been prefaced by Zhang Tianfu, a century-old tea maker. the aroma of books and tea floated across the border and sold to Japan, Southeast Asia and other places.

Visit Zhang Tianfu determined to carry forward Chinese black tea culture

Annie Chen, who is originally from Changle in Fuzhou, has been living in Hong Kong, China, and engaged in education since graduating from Fujian Sanming College.

When it comes to Chen Anne's love affair with black tea, it comes first from her husband's dedication to the cause of black tea, and then from her visit to Zhang Tianfu, a leading figure in the tea industry. In a conversation, Mr. Zhang accidentally mentioned his worries about the current situation of the development of black tea in China. It was this old man with a high reputation in the tea industry who loved tea and protected tea that deeply touched Chen Anne's heart. She feels that as a Chinese, she has the responsibility to carry forward the black tea industry and culture.

In 2006, Miss Anne Chen and her husband co-founded Fujian Yuantai Tea Industry Co., Ltd., headquartered in Fuzhou, started her black tea business. At that time, the hundred-year-old British Lipton Black Tea had occupied an absolutely dominant position in the Chinese market.

Chen Anne has her own original opinion on how to do a good job in the black tea market: "there are coffee houses in Europe and wine houses in Japan. I hope that in China in the future, there will be Yuantai black teahouses everywhere." She hopes to adopt a chain operation model to build Chinese black tea houses like Starbucks Coffee, so that more Chinese people can like China's own black tea and experience a delicate black tea life through personal experience.

Based on this marketing concept, Chen Anne's team opened China's first Western-style chain black teahouse in Fuzhou Wuyi Road in the summer of 2007. Black teahouse integrates Chinese traditional culture, British black teahouse and Italian cafe cultural elements to establish a unique black tea consumption pattern. Here, consumers can not only taste a wide variety of Chinese black tea at a low price, but also feel the unique leisure culture of Chinese black tea.

18 tea books, 18 masterpieces, 18 classics.

"when we open a red teahouse, the starting point is not to do high-priced tea and high-end consumption, but to take the civilian route so that ordinary people can afford to drink." In the face of "sky-high price tea" and "aristocratic tea" in the black tea market, Chen Anne was unmoved.

China's black tea culture is long and far-reaching, cultural output is not short of content, what is lacking is the dissemination of "sharp weapons". To this end, she decided to publish a book and go abroad with Yuantai's tea. In 2010, edited by Chen Anne and prefaced by Zhang Tianfu, written by 18 famous scholars, experts, professors and authorities in the tea industry, the Classic of Chinese Black Tea published by Fujian Science and Technology Publishing House was listed on the market.

The book is knowledgeable, academic and interesting, with both pictures and texts. The lecture notes of famous tea lectures from 2008 to 2009 are compiled into a book, which vividly and systematically introduces 18 kinds of Chinese black tea with extremely representative and characteristics. Specifically, there are 18 kinds of Zhengshan race, Keemun Black Tea, Su Hong Gongfu, Sichuan Red Gongfu, Tanyang Gongfu, Hainan Black Tea, Ning Red Gongfu, Hunan Red Gongfu, Bai Lin Gongfu, Yihong Gongfu, Yunnan Red Gongfu, Politics and Gongfu, Yingde Black Tea, Gui Red Gongfu, Taiwan Black Tea, Jiuqu Red Plum, Guizhou Red Gongfu and Yuehong Gongfu. From then on, she got out of control, and she personally wrote special books on black tea, such as falling in love with black tea and the taste of tea on earth.

In the same year, Yuantai set up a "glorious cause Yongtai Lianping Village Black Tea production Base" in Lianping Village, Yongtai County, to promote the development of tea industry and related industrial chain in Lianping Village, Yongtai County, and promote the construction of Yongtai New Countryside.

Layout, innovative taste and packaging at home and abroad

With the rapid development of China's economy, Chen Anne's tea business is booming. She has successively set up branches and dealers in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other places, set up offices in Hong Kong and Japan, and further distributed overseas markets. It has a number of brands. Among them, "Jin Yuantai" and "Gushu Black Tea" won the highest gold prize in the World Tea Festival Competition held in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan last year, which is less sweet than other Chinese black tea on the market recently and very different from traditional Chinese black tea.

Hand-held portable packaging

In addition to taste innovation, Annie Chen has also made bold changes in the packaging form of her products, and the "portable suit" mentioned at the beginning of this article is one of them. This is called "Old Tree Black Tea". The tea is taken from the ancient tea tree in Jingmai Mountain, Yunnan Province, which is more than 500 years old. Because tea is rare, the output is not high, mainly for business people.

In order to facilitate carrying, the tea is pressed into 5-gram small tea bricks, wrapped in aluminum thin and packed in a small gold box. When you go out, you will not feel too occupied by stuffing it into your pocket and briefcase, and it is also very convenient to share it with your friends. It is said that after the small tea bricks are soaked, they will spread layer by layer, and the soup will be red, orange, golden and mellow to fill the mouth.

At present, Annie Chen is focusing on the global market to build a national brand. "the ideal black tea is by no means the most advanced black tea, nor the most profitable black tea, but black tea that meets the needs of consumers." The words of Zhang Tianfu, a 108-year-old tea lady, have always been kept in her mind. (article: Hong Rongdui, a messenger from Changhuanyu, China.com)
