The dose of caffeine in both coffees exceeds the dose recommended by the Mayo Medical Center (Mayo Clinic) to drink up to 400mg a day.

Although caffeine dosage is the biggest selling point of "black insomnia" coffee, agents want consumers to remember that its company sells pure coffee. The company stressed that its coffee has no charred or sour taste, but has a walnut flavor and a light sweet taste.

In order to ensure the safety of consumers, black insomnia has reduced the amount of caffeine in the product before sale. The dose of caffeine in "black insomnia" coffee is already on the verge of drugs, the Grub Street website reported. Any coffee company with a conscience should not want to surpass it in caffeine content.
