The French concession in old Shanghai is still bustling today. Compared with the prosperity of Huaihai Road, Nanchang Road, which is not far away, is much more quiet, and the fashionable shops renovated by a large number of small houses have added some leisure. Onirii Coffee is on this natural and artistic road. Our story begins with the shopkeeper, a Virgo Sunshine Boy with mild obsessive-compulsive disorder.

The owner of Onirii, a boy surnamed Wu, gave the first impression of cleanliness and clarity, just like the pure white design of the store.

Xiao Wu said the store was the first answer paper for his coffee study. Since he was exposed to coffee in high school, he fell in love with the state of being a barista. Xiao Wu said frankly: "at that time, I was young and frivolous, and I thought the barista was so cool, so I entered this' pit 'step by step."

When I was in Xiao Wu University, I studied education and also worked as a trainee teacher. I immediately began to "flirt" with him. "then I'll call you Mr. Wu." He was not ashamed or annoyed, and agreed with a smile. Perhaps it was his experience as a teacher that made him "preach" when talking to others, and the general reaction to his coffee class was "like going back to high school and having a serious lesson."

In addition to working in a coffee shop every week, Mr. Wu, who was in college, saved money to buy a coffee machine and put it in the dormitory for his own research. On one occasion, the whole building tripped because the coffee machine was too powerful, and the howling of the students playing games could be heard all over the hall. Mr. Wu said, I really should thank my roommate for his "not to kill".

Onirii is a store that Mr. Wu has been preparing for a long time to open. The store is small, but full of small thoughts. Virgo + mild obsessive-compulsive disorder, coupled with a preference for simple and clean style, Mr. Wu simply put the storefront in a white tone. Passing in front of the door, you will be attracted by the pure white design style of the store. Compared with the surrounding environment, Onirii appears to be a bit "alternative". It is precisely this kind of "alternative" that will make people stop.

Onirii is a god in Greek mythology who is in charge of dreams and is also known as the "god of dreams". Mr. Wu said he hoped to borrow the name to make the store feel like a dream-clean, pollution-free, like an ideal place to rest.

In Onirii, other colors are really rare, and the decorations in the store are mainly light and elegant. A wooden firewood dog doll brought back from Japan is the treasure of the town store, and in my eyes, "the only living place in the store."

The coffee beans in the store are screened by Mr. Wu himself, keeping several commonly used ones, and replacing coffee beans in different producing areas according to the seasons. There seem to be few kinds of coffee beans, but each is a boutique. Because of Mr. Wu's "original" Virgo, the coffee in the shop is as full of its own style as the environment. "in fact, coffee is a very personal drink. I recommend what I think tastes good to the guests, and I hope to be recognized by everyone."

"I don't like it when people define Onirii, whether it's frigid style or white obsessive-compulsive disorder," Mr. Wu said. I just want to make Onirii a clean place with no labels and just a comfortable experience. "
