One year after the opening of COFFEE LOVER's PLANET, the flagship store of UCC Group at SOGO Dunhua Hall, it launched a self-developed "positive pressure can of coffee beans" for sale. UCC spent eight years developing a coffee bean storage device called "positive pressure jar", which emphasizes that it can preserve the aroma of coffee for up to four years. In the past, it was only kept and used in the store, but now it is available to the public for a single can, with prices ranging from 850 yuan to 3500 yuan. At present, it is only available in Taiwan.

After roasting, raw coffee beans will produce coffee aroma and carbon dioxide. The biggest difference between "positive pressure canned coffee beans" and ordinary bagged coffee beans is that the aroma of coffee can be stored in aluminum cans without overflowing, and through the sealed cans, its aroma will again be absorbed by the oil produced by coffee to achieve the ripening effect.

Because the sealed gas will be released when opening the positive pressure can, in the past, the "positive pressure can coffee bean" was only used in the store, after a year of research and development, UCC reproduced a special can opener, which can first poke a hole in the can to release gas, so that consumers can safely open the lid, so the single product of the positive pressure can be put on the market for sale.
