Lim Dong-Won told the reporter with a smile: "Taiwanese like to compare themselves with sweet potatoes, and the topography of Taiwan is very much like sweet potatoes." He said that in order to give drinkers a deep affection for coffee, he tried to incorporate the aroma of sweet potato (sweet potato) into the coffee and give it an interesting name.
