The new wave of coffee
The concept of boutique coffee, and the new wave formed out of its popularity, is only a matter of more than a decade.
Boutique coffee is proposed relative to instant and mixed beans. The method of extracting and drinking coffee has changed many times over the centuries, but since the first coffee shop appeared in Europe in 1529 and created the method of drinking coffee with milk, the technique of using Espresso as the base, soaking in milk and drawing flowers on the surface is the most common. This is also the familiar "espresso", such as latte, cappuccino, Joma and mocha.
