(Kuala Lumpur, 25th) Coffee car investment project has been accused of not getting a monthly return of 3% (210 ringgit) as stated in the plan, and many investors have lost all their money. It turns out that the plan has been terminated!

Mr. Xie: he didn't get paid according to the plan.

Mr. Xie (service industry) said that he was introduced by a friend to the investment project of the coffee car in 2015, and then the friend took him to the newly opened mobile coffee car in Xuezhou to see how the coffee truck operates.

He himself found four people to join, and his downline found another seven to join. It is believed that there are already more than 13 people who can buy and operate a coffee truck, but the people concerned said, "it's not your turn yet. Or run your own business. "

He added that according to the plan, each investor who invested 7000 ringgit was "sure" to get back 3 per cent of the money every month, that is, RM210. According to the plan, he would get 5040 ringgit in two years. However, in fact, Mr. Xie received only 1890 ringgit in the past two years. And the 2800 ringgit commission received when introducing four people to join, and then had no clue.

Over the past two years, he visited the headquarters many times, met the boss himself, and contacted the boss and relevant people from time to time to recover profits, but he was prevaricated for many reasons. although the person in charge of the company later promised to have a coffee truck for him to manage, he still broke his promise. and now I don't care about them.

He said that according to his understanding, there should be about 300 people involved in the investment in Xuelong, with an online investment of RM40,000, a Chinese person of RM21,000, most of the other downline investments of RM7000, and some even RM40, 9000.

He says the company is now using magazine interviews to get more people to invest.

Ron still sees the trail of the coffee car.

'There will be no doubt because the investment plan allows investors to see the real thing, and coffee trucks can still be seen around Kuala Lumpur,'he said.

"this company is different from JJPTR, they have products.

He revealed that it took two years to report the case because we didn't know how to get justice through legal channels, and now our country is working hard to crack down on the game of money, so we decided to report it.

He pointed out that he has called on six victims to report to the Shilayan police station together.

In addition, the reporter telephoned the company's headquarters to inquire about the investment in the coffee truck, but the staff pointed out that there was no such investment plan.

Our reporter pretended to be the head of the investor and sold the house instead.

Our reporter pretended to be an investor and tried to contact the two responsible persons, but one of them said he was not in charge and said that there was no way for 13 people to invest in a joint venture coffee car and had to buy the whole car themselves.

Another person in charge first asked the reporter when he knew about the business model, and then also said that the company had stopped the plan about a year ago. At present, coffee trucks in Kuala Lumpur are still in operation, but all the cars in Xinshan area are closed because of an oversupply of cars, resulting in poor performance.

"later, the company sold the coffee car and distributed the money to the investors."

Responsible person: allow investors to drive the coffee cart

The reporter later identified himself and asked the person in charge who did not want to be named. The parent company is already dealing with the problem of selling the coffee truck to return the money to investors, he said.

He pointed out that the company also said that investors could drive the coffee car back to their own management or sell it themselves, but some investors were reluctant.

He said that as far as he knows, there are about 20 coffee trucks in Xinshan, all of which have been closed, but there are still coffee trucks operating in Kuala Lumpur.

He also said that 10 coffee trucks have been driven away by investors in Xinshan.

"the company has been dealing with the issue of refund, and the money will be refunded to investors after the coffee car is sold. Because it is sold in the quantity of 5 or 8 at a time, and it takes time to find a buyer who is willing to pay a reasonable price, the refund time is prolonged. The money obtained from the first batch of the sale of coffee cars has been refunded to investors, and the second batch is now being processed. "

He pointed out that the company had given an account to investors and did not understand why someone still reported the case.

"because there are different groups of investors, I don't know which group of investors reported the case, but the investors I am in charge of have settled down.

Resale coffee car as "exit fee"

In response to the above complaints, Guanghua Daily found that the investment plan for coffee cars did stop as early as two years ago, and that the current "surplus" coffee cars are waiting for buyers, hoping to subsidize investors in the above plans as "exit fees".

A senior official under the pseudonym "Allen" pointed out to this newspaper that the coffee car investment plan did attract a large number of people to invest two years ago, but because the investment boom quickly subsided, coupled with the sharp decline in the income of coffee cars, it caused many investors to rush out and ask for money.

He said that the company's decision to stop the investment plan two years ago in September meant that it would no longer recruit new investors. "when many investors choose to exit, the company has to subsidize a lot of money, but we can't meet their requirements. Later, after the meeting, it was decided to sell more than 10 existing coffee cars and use the funds as exit fees. "

He said that the current selling price of each coffee car is 160000 ringgit, including consumption tax, legal fees, 200 cups of coffee raw materials, and 7000 ringgit franchise fees.

He said that the franchise fee means that new investors have to pay a fee each year after buying a coffee car, but the company will not force investors to pay for the raw materials of how many extra cups of coffee each year.

"We are like other franchises, the company will contract all advertising design, coffee car conversion and staff training and so on."

When asked why the coffee truck business declined, Allen said bluntly that during the boom period, he could sell more than 500 cups of coffee a day, but now he only sells more than 50 cups of coffee a day in the off-season and only 70 cups of coffee on weekends and Sundays.

The police suggest to complain to the Ministry of Commerce

Li Chengyuan originally intended to spend money to buy a lesson, but recently, when the topic of money game was in an uproar, it happened that some of the victims suggested that the matter should also be exposed, so he took the opportunity to go south to Xinshan to deal with affairs, taking the lead with three other victims, including Zeng Yuting, to the Shida Yingda police station on the 21st. Later, on the advice of police officers, he reported the case to the Commercial Crime Bureau of Gulai District on the same day.

"at present, we can only file a case for filing. The police say that only after we agree that they will take action to arrest and assist in the investigation of those involved in the case, but there is no guarantee that they can get back the invested funds, and once they enter the judicial process, they will need to testify in court frequently. Or we can complain to the Ministry of Commerce and hire a lawyer to sue each other, so that we can get our hard-earned money back. "

According to his understanding, six victims have been reported to the police in Xinshan and Kuala Lumpur. He called on other victims not to sit and wait, but to report to the police station, otherwise only a few of them would be unable to do so alone.

The company web page no longer exists

According to a company plan sent to reporters by Zeng Yuting, the coffee brand claims to be founded in 1860, has 23 branches in France, and is now the first general agent in Malaysia. After market research, the company decided to let the public know about the brand in the form of a coffee car.

However, the reporter searched and found that the company's web page no longer exists; the last Facebook post was in December, when it forwarded a video about the benefits of drinking coffee, and the last post about the coffee truck was in November.

In addition, with the consent of the interviewees, the reporter entered the WeChat group composed of the victims. according to them, some people "bought" three copies, equivalent to an investment of RM20, 1000. When the victim asked the person in charge, he was threatened by the other party, and his mother invested in the provident fund and eventually lost money.

They said angrily that all they want now is to get their hard-earned money back, and even if they don't get it back, they will bring the people concerned to justice.

Some people said that they had heard of a group of people who sold the coffee car and each got 5000 ringgit, but others said that they went online to get the money, but he got nothing, and said that he had gone to the home of one of the persons in charge of Xinshan and found that there was a coffee truck parked outside the house.

"the only thing we know is that we have invested the money, but we have no idea whether the money has been used to buy a car or which car is ours."

About 50 people said they did not make a profit when they invested two years ago.

Some time ago, "coffee carts" were very popular, and it was not difficult to see them in the streets. Now, when these coffee trucks are out of sight, about 50 victims claim that they invested 7000 ringgit in related businesses about two years ago, but so far they have not made a profit; some even invested more than 70, 000 ringgit and their hard-earned money came to naught!

Zeng Yuting: the person in charge is always putting off

One of the victims was Zeng Yuting (28 years old, housewife). She told Guanghua Daily that she joined the plan to invest in Thai coffee cars in August 2015 under the introduction of a friend.

"at that time, the person in charge also submitted a complete plan, claiming that as long as each person invested 7000 ringgit, enough people could buy a 'coffee truck' to operate, we only contributed money and did not contribute. It is estimated that each coffee truck can sell about 250 cups of coffee per month, with a profit of 2300 ringgit per person per month after deducting the cost of raw materials. Even if business is bad, 62 cups are sold every month, which is equivalent to a profit of RM588 per person. At the very least, each person will certainly receive a 'fixed return' of about RM200 per month. "

She added that if you introduce relatives and friends to join the investment, you will receive a commission of 700 ringgit. Once the company goes public within two years, each investor will receive 5000 ringgit at one time. The plan looked flawless, and the coffee cars were so hot that they could be seen on the streets and alleys, so Zeng Yuting made her first investment in her life and introduced two friends to join.

"I did get a commission at that time, but the person in charge claimed to deduct various fees, and in the end, I didn't get a penny of 1400 ringgit commission."

A month after the investment, there was still no return. Zeng Yuting vaguely felt that something was wrong, so she stopped inviting friends to join the investment.

"No matter how bad the business is, it's impossible to sell 60 cups!"

She said that originally all investors had a group in Whatsapp, but more and more people questioned the person in charge in the group after they failed to make a profit on schedule, but the other party kept procrastinating again and again.

She also said that some people had gone to the Kuala Lumpur head office to ask for an explanation, but the employees all said that the boss went abroad and even threatened that they could go to the police and that the company had lawyers to handle related matters.

Over the past year and a half, she had not made a penny of profit and finally could not bear to report to the police station.

Asked why she didn't report the case until recently, Zeng Yuting said that because the trail of coffee cars could still be seen all over the street at that time, and she was seduced by the 5000 ringgit listing dividend, she still had a glimmer of hope. But so far the company has not been listed, 5000 ringgit "dividend" seems to be a long way off.

She said that she had reported the case to the Shida Yingda Police Station a few days ago and planned to report it to the Commercial Crime Bureau again. The police said that they could report to the police or arrest relevant people, but if the person involved was charged, she had to testify in court, and the police also told her that she could raise funds with all the victims to hire a lawyer to file a complaint.

Li Chengyuan: there is no doubt about the integrity of the plan

Another victim, Li Chengyuan, 46, a wholesaler, also started investing in the program in August 2015 under the introduction of a friend.

He said that because the company was able to come up with a complete plan and saw coffee cars operating everywhere, he thought it was profitable, so he joined the investment and invited friends to join.

"I thought at that time that 7000 ringgit was not a large sum of money, not to mention that according to the plan, if I could get a fixed return of RM210 a month, I would be able to get my capital back within three years, and I didn't have to run it myself. In retrospect, fortunately, I only invested 7000 ringgit with the mentality of trying first. "

Li Chengyuan's fate was even worse than that of Zeng Yuting. Not only did he not make any profit over the past six months, but he did not even get a commission for introducing friends to join.

The police card actually received the report.

The reporter learned that the case has been handed over to the Gulai police. The police officer responsible for receiving the case, Sha Lu, told reporters that the police did receive a report, but the police would not take any action because the victim only had to use the report form as proof submitted to the TDC to recover the money from the company he invested in.

In addition, Mohamer Saleh, the director of the Ruozhou Commercial Crime investigation, said that the unit had not received any relevant reports so far.
