Cold water 500ml
The proportion of ★ powder and water is higher than the usual proportion of hand flushing. After proficiency, you can follow your own taste. In the diet, 40g beans, 500ml water, when I drink, I will also add ice, so it is relatively strong. If no ice is added, it can be reduced to 30g:500ml.
