Hooked To Go is obsessed with coffee takeout, from the three managers of the leading Coffee, Jingjing and Coffee empty brands. It officially began a full trial operation in May. In addition to coffee drinks, the lovely doughnuts came from the "TAMED FOX" American specialty catering brand.

Summer wild bean shop

Located on the corner of Songjiang Road Lane, Summer Wild Bean Shop is also a unique take-out shop offering all kinds of coffee.

"Summer Wild Bean Walk" is located about 3-5 minutes' walk from Xingtiangong Station. On the first floor of the apartment building in Lane 330, Songjiang Road, since mid-June, there has been a small shop with an all-wood appearance of only about 3 or 4 ping, without obvious signs.

On both sides of the boarded shop, there are several chairs, and next to the only open window is a framed Menu price list. At a closer look, there are also home-baked beans with the brand name "Summer Wild Bean Shop".

Although the store shows a strong Japanese style, the director Hank is also a genuine Taiwanese child, just because he likes summer and is often said to be like a wild child from childhood. In addition, he likes skateboarding and still loves the brand Savage, so he named the store "Summer Wild Bean Line", which is also a spiritual symbol.

"Summer Wild Bean Company" offers Italian, hand-made, iced coffee and other options, as well as selling self-baked beans, mainly shallow roasted beans.

When asked why most of the beans are baked in shallow and medium baked beans, the manager Hank jokingly said that because he likes the flavor of shallow and medium baked beans, and he is not very familiar with deep baked beans, the coffee served by "Summer Wild Bean Company" is also mainly roasted in shallow medium.

Broken lemon $150

The chopped lemons that are no longer on menu are drinks specially prepared by Hank for this summer, with freshly beaten lemon smoothies and iced coffee, topped with homemade sugar-stained lemon slices.

Mix it well and drink it to blend the taste of lemon and coffee. It tastes sour and sweet, much like lemon smoothies, but it has a high sweetness and belongs to a drink with a lighter coffee flavor. If you want to drink a drink with a more coffee flavor, it is recommended to order other options.
