Preparation utensils: filter paper, filter cup, coffee pot, hand punch pot, coffee cup.

Prepare materials: coffee powder, hot water.

Cooking steps:

After folding the two sealing lines of the filter paper in the opposite direction, open it and place it in a conical shape in the filter cup.

Place the filter cup on the coffee pot.

Pour hot water into the hand flushing pot.

Water around the filter cup, wet the filter paper and stick it to the filter cup, then pour out the water from the coffee pot.

Pour the coffee powder into the filter cup, gently pat to spread the coffee powder evenly, and then dig a small hole in the center of the coffee powder.

The hand pot is filled with hot water from about 15 cm above the coffee powder, and the hot water is spirally injected from inside to outside and then from outside to inside.

When the coffee powder will foam due to expansion, expand to the peak, stop adding water, rest "stuffy steam".

When the coffee powder is gradually sunken, add water for the second time and rest.

Repeat the previous step, add water for the third time, and rest.

After standing, the coffee foam hole can be clearly seen, and the filter cup can be removed.

Gently shake the coffee pot, then pour the coffee into the coffee cup and drink.

Tips for brewing:

Wet the filter paper to avoid uneven water flow during cooking and wash off the fluorescent agent.

The hand-flushing pot is recommended to always keep the water full to ensure that the weight of the palace pot is the same.

Gently shake the coffee pot to make the coffee concentration uniform.

Note:

Filter paper has brown, white, the difference is white has been bleached, if the quality is not good, it is easy to have a peculiar smell.
