A little more time to prepare a different flavor, like Italy as warm, strong, simple way, passionate feeling.

Prepare utensils: mocha pot, small gas stove or induction cooker, coffee cup.

Prepare materials: coffee powder, hot water.

Cooking steps:

Fill the pot with water first.

Fill the filter with coffee powder, gently pat, gently press, and then place under the pot.

Lock the upper and lower pot tightly to prevent the coffee liquid from overflowing from the card lock in the process.

Put the mocha pot on a small gas stove or induction cooker and heat it over medium heat at first. When you hear a hiss, it indicates that coffee has flowed out of the metal tube. At this time, turn the fire into a small fire, and the coffee will flow out slowly.

When the sound changes to a slight boo-boo, or when the metal tube has emitted yellow-and-white foam, you can turn off the fire to avoid excessive extraction.

Pour the coffee from the pot into the cup and drink it.

Tips for brewing:

Step 1 the water level of the lower pot should be lower than that of the pressure relief valve: prevent boiling water from ejecting from the pores.

Step 2 after pouring in the coffee powder, gently pat the edge of the filter and gently press the coffee powder: make the coffee powder dense, smooth and uniform.

Step 3 locking the upper and lower pot can be assisted by towels or insulating gloves: if hot water is used in the pot, special care should be taken not to burn your hands.

Note:

The mocha pot is also known as the Italian coffee pot, because the name of the first Italian coffee pot is "MOKA", and the Chinese literal translation is "mocha" pot. The principle of coffee brewing is to use steam pressure to extract the coffee in an instant.

Mocha kettle structure:

Upper pot (including storage pressure valve): the last place where the coffee liquid is poured out, there is a hollow metal tube in the middle, from which the coffee liquid rises.

Lower pot (including pressure relief valve): for the place where water is filled, there is a pressure discharge hole above.

Filter: the position where coffee powder is filled, shaped like a cylindrical funnel.
