Definition of Espresso
The Italian name for espresso is Caffe Espresso. Espresso has two interrelated meanings: pressed or squeezed, and short or rapid. Espresso coffee has the reputation of the soul of coffee, all espresso system coffee (cappuccino, latte, etc.) are based on this preparation. Espresso is 14-16 grams of heavily roasted coffee beans, ground into fine coffee powder, after 9 atmospheres and about 90 degrees Celsius high temperature, in a short time of 18-22 seconds to extract 30-45 mg of espresso liquid. Double Espresso is brewed with double coffee and water, but in the same amount of time as a single serving.
