Explanation: Finca Lerida is located in the famous Boquete coffee producing area of Panama. In 1924, M ö nniche and his wife from Norway came here to marvel at the beautiful and diverse natural environment, settled here and began to grow coffee. M ö nniche, an engineer himself, discovered that the quality of coffee cherries was often uneven after harvest, so he studied and invented Sifon, a device for floating and layered extraction of beans. Although today's practice is the norm, nearly a hundred years ago, it was a pioneering work. In 1929, Redda Manor began to export coffee to Europe and immediately became the representative of fine coffee. Today, the manor is run by the Chiari family. In addition to growing high-quality coffee beans, it also operates a natural ecological hotel, thanks to the protection and management of the entire primeval forest by the landowner. More than 500 species of birds can be seen in the manor, making it a famous hot spot for bird watching and outdoor ecological activities in Central America. Now the bidding price of Pacamara is comparable to that of the most expensive Geisha in the world. Coffee fans all over the world have begun to notice this charming variety, but it also means that the price of this variety will continue to rise, just like the Geisha at that time, fortunately, we have a good relationship with the manor, we can get batches with high CP value, and we can taste high-quality coffee at a relatively cheap price. At present, there are not many estates in Panama that can sell Pacamara varieties, and if planted, the trees are not old enough. Lerida Manor is one of the few estates that can provide high-quality Pacamara coffee. Pacamara and Geisha have the same flavor that cannot be replaced, except that Geisha is a bright fruit, while Pacamara is a ripe, dark and sweet fruit with a delicate, clean and rich sweet taste of brown sugar, plus the sweetness of raisins. ~ Cup test score: 91
