6. When the water rises completely, stir the seat up and down, and adjust the firepower to make the steam rise, so as to stabilize the temperature of the kettle and maintain the constant temperature.
7. Then pour in 20 to 28 grams of coffee powder (which will be unevenly distributed at first).
8. Stir the coffee powder with a stirring stick. Note that this action must be done within 5 seconds. Then, stir for the second time after 50 seconds.
9. Turn off the heat after 60 seconds, stop the extraction, wrap the neck of the pot with a wet cloth, pull down the coffee, and it is done.
