Tips for making coffee by hand to improve the mellow taste of coffee
Temperature of hot water:
Pour boiling hot water into another kettle. The temperature of the hot water at this time is about 90 ℃. The point is not to use boiled water that has just been boiled, but to use boiling water that has cooled slightly. If just boiled water is used, the extracted coffee will be bitter and some bad odors will be extracted. If you slowly extract it with about 90 ℃ of hot water, you can get a mild coffee with a little sweetness.
Slowly pour hot water into:
Aim at the center of the coffee powder and slowly inject the hot water in a trickle. Coffee powder will continue to expand from the center while absorbing hot water. After the hot water has soaked all the coffee powder, stop pouring hot water.
Simmer slowly for a while:
Wait about 30 seconds and simmer in the hot water you just injected. In this way, it will make the ingredients of the coffee easier to extract and get the coffee with better taste.
Pour hot water from the center like a circle:
Start gradually outward from the center of the coffee bag and inject the first hot water like a circle. Stop when the hot water is almost full, and wait until the hot water is about to go down for a second injection. Repeat this action 3 times or 4 times until the hot water in the cup reaches about 140ml.
