What's the difference between the different ways of playing iced coffee?

Method one

1. Make ice brick coffee

The ratio of water to coffee powder is 1:1

Flush 200 grams of water with 20 grams of coffee powder

Pour the brewed coffee into the ice box

Make into ice cubes

2. Pour 20g coffee powder into 200g water and wait for cooling

3. Coffee ice brick + iced coffee

Note that you need the same coffee beans.

Method two

20g of coffee powder

150 grams of water

Immediately after cooking, add the chilled coffee solution with ice cubes.

This step is to completely lock the aroma of the coffee and retain the original flavor of the coffee by chilling.

After the ice is frozen, remove the ice and finish the iced coffee.

(this method has no effect of fermenting ice brew for a long time.)

Method three

20g of coffee powder, put the ice in a filter cup and slowly drip into a cup of iced coffee

(to speed up the melting of ice, pour a little hot water on it.)

Method 4

Use the plug kettle

Pour the coffee powder into the pot, fill it with ice and add a little hot water.

Let it extract slowly.
