Step 3 milk foaming

Pour the frozen milk into the tank; insert the steam stick into the milk, open the steam valve, move the tank at a uniform speed when the milk starts to rotate, and form a bubble with a bawling sound-keep the liquid level spinning and continue to heat it, and when the temperature is close to 65 ℃, the foam is ready!

The ideal foamed milk should be as supple as velvet, the liquid surface looks reflective, and the perfect foam is a very small "microbubble". The teacher told us an approachable practice method: use water instead of milk, put some detergent, start flushing!

Step 4 Coffee Fusion

At this moment, the left hand a cup of perfect Espresso, the right hand a jar of amazing foamed milk, today we are doing is the leaf-shaped flower → below, is the moment to witness miracles!

1. The cylinder mouth is close to the cup wall, aiming at the center point of the liquid level of Espresso, small milk flow is injected; 2. 4. After forming a small semicircle, swing the spout evenly and back; 5. When the nine minutes are full, gradually raise the milk tank, fine the milk flow, and pull forward to complete the petiole effect.
