He currently has four or five coffee machines on hand, including the simplest pressure coffee maker, drip coffee maker, and even coffee pots brought back from Turkey to make Turkish coffee.
Apart from the fact that differences in raw materials and tools can lead to differences in coffee taste, personal craftsmanship has a lot to do with it. "everyone has different craftsmanship and taste. Take the latte as an example, the proportion is the same, but the temperature control will bring out different flavors, such as 60 or 70 degrees milk, the entrance of the foam will feel different. " Liu Yang said that according to the machine, water temperature, milk, coffee bean grinding scale, the taste of coffee is different.
