When we arrived in the Mexican city of M é rida, because it was a national holiday, the streets were actually very deserted. On the way from the bus stop to accommodation, in the case of extreme thirst and hunger, we accidentally found this open cafe, smelled the aroma of coffee, and walked in without hesitation.

Simple interior design, equipped with do-it-yourself tables and chairs, in addition, there is also a sofa area and bar high seats, the background music is a relaxing and pleasant melody, the waitress greets with a heartfelt smile and hands us the menu.

On the shelf behind Fabian are containers for brewing coffee. In addition to organic beans, the cafe also allows guests to experience coffee brewed from different utensils.

The menu is rich, including brunch, light salad, sandwiches, vegetarian spaghetti, desserts, etc. in addition to coffee, there are also refreshing juice, Lemonade, evil Frappuccino, etc., so we visited twice just to taste more delicacies.

At that time, I chose vegetarian spaghetti with tomatoes and bell peppers, and sporadic Feta cheese. The noodles were handmade and tasted like pure wheat noodles.

Fabian chose dessert as the main meal and ordered French toast. as soon as we were on the table, we were a little surprised to see that the outer layer was wrapped in eggs and fried in a pan of toast. It tasted between cake and toast, and the content was very solid and not sweet. We both liked it very much.

This cafe is not in the downtown area, but it continues to attract tourists or locals from all over the world with its own charm. The quality of meals and coffee is needless to say, and the price is close to the people. Background music is matched with furniture with different characteristics and designs. People can relax here. Although the landlady does not speak English, she serves everyone with a smile and is recommended to friends traveling to Mexico.
