Tip: the temperature of the water filled in the pot will affect the taste of the final brewed coffee. It should be noted that if you choose to fill the coffee pot with hot water, you must pay attention to "heat insulation" when assembling the coffee pot, so that the coffee will not be cooked and your hands will be scalded first.

Step2 put coffee powder into the coffee funnel

Change the coffee powder after filling the water, but you can put the coffee funnel back into the next pot before filling it, so you don't have to spend an extra hand on it. After putting it, fill the coffee powder into the coffee funnel and put it in a position almost flush with the upper edge. Tap 1: 2 times after filling, then smooth the coffee powder with your hand or spoon. To ensure the taste of the brewed coffee, remember not to press the coffee powder until dense. Finally, simply wipe off the coffee powder adhered to the outside of the mocha pot to avoid burning later, and this step is done.

Tip 1: some coffee powders are officially recommended to use moderately ground coffee powder. If you can't grind beans at home, you can tell the clerk directly to use the mocha pot when you buy coffee powder, and the clerk will usually help you with it.

Tip 2: the amount of coffee powder in the mocha pot is basically fixed, but it has to fill the whole coffee funnel. Tip 3: if you press the coffee powder too tightly, the water will encounter a lot of obstacles when it passes. In the absence of technology, the water is likely to pass through the least tight place rather than evenly through the coffee trough, and most of the coffee powder is likely not to touch the water. as a result, the brewed coffee becomes clear ~ light ~ like water. So remember, just tap 1: 2 to make sure the coffee powder is evenly filled, and don't press the coffee powder tightly!

It is said that this is because the mocha pot uses the steam principle, when the lower layer of water rolls to produce a certain vapor pressure, it will push the hot water upward through the coffee powder, and then quickly extract the coffee essence and inject it into the upper pot. When you hear the purr, it means that the extraction is almost done. when you make sure that the water in the next pot has been completely overflowed into the upper pot, you can remove the mocha pot from the stove, and the coffee is ready! In my opinion, the whole process is no more difficult than boiling hot water to brew instant coffee or filter-hanging coffee, and it takes about the same time.
