This step is very important. Before using the steam nozzle, start the steam valve to let the wetter steam out first, and then insert the steam nozzle into the fresh milk, about 3-5MM from the surface, which can be adjusted slightly according to different steam intensity.

Good foam medicine must be thick and dense, and the foam should be mixed with hot milk. Remember that the temperature should not exceed 120 degrees F and the amount of foam should be about 30-50%.

In addition, when you hear the hiss, do not rush to pull the milk pot down, this will form a lot of coarse milk bubbles! and the choice of milk is also more recommended "full-fat fresh milk", it will be easier to have dense milk bubbles!

In addition to the steam nozzle machine can hit the foam, you can also choose to use a manual way, using an egg beater to beat the foam, or a special foam machine, but the foam produced in this way is less dense and easy to disappear! if you want to drink dense milk foam, it is best to use a professional steam foam machine!
