The force does not need to be too great, about 10 kilograms of pressure will do. Hold the handle of the filler by hand when pressing, do not press directly with the palm to avoid injury.
Step 6
After pressing, gently rotate the filler to make the surface of the coffee powder smoother.
Step 7
Connect the filter cup to the outlet and press the hot water switch. Below, the coffee filtrate can be filled with a preheated ceramic coffee cup.
Step 8
The coffee filtrate drips slowly at first, and then flows smoothly and evenly. The extraction process is about 30 seconds, after which the filtrate will gradually turn golden, and then the extraction can be stopped.
