Introduction to the manor:

Finca Lerida is a chief engineer from Norway M ö nniche, came to Panama in 1924 to build the canal, after the completion of the canal, lamented the beautiful and diverse natural environment, settled here, and began to grow coffee, named Finca Lerida. M ö nniche, an engineer himself, discovered that the quality of coffee cherries was often uneven after harvest, so he studied and invented Sifon, a device for floating and layered extraction of beans. Although today's practice is the norm, nearly a hundred years ago, it was a pioneering work. In 1929, Raida Manor began to export coffee to Europe and immediately became the representative of fine coffee.

Today, the manor is run by the Chiari family. In addition to growing high-quality coffee beans, it also operates a natural ecological hotel, thanks to the protection and management of the entire primeval forest by the landowner. More than 500 species of birds can be seen in the manor, making it a famous hot spot for bird watching and outdoor ecological activities in Central America.

This manor pays great attention to ecology, and coffee cultivation can live in harmony with the natural environment. The Baru Volcano National Park (Volcano Baru National Park) is the only volcano in Panama, and this coffee garden surrounds the edge of the national park and houses more than 550 species of birds.

This batch of washing Kaduai, 'clean and thorough' is our first impression of Lelida Manor. If Yega Xuefei is a beautiful red emerald, then Lelida represents a flawless white diamond. Natural meticulous flavor, good taste of imported oil, lemon lime, tea, sweet ripe melons, cool herbal flavor, a sip, dense citrus flavor, amazing but delicate taste, silky whole wrapped in the mouth-I haven't had such a strong but delicate water to wash beans for a long time! This is a unique micro batch in Panama this year. In 2017, the Panamanian BOP traditional washing Group won the championship. Don't miss such a good coffee. In 2017, a total of 51 Panamanian coffee beans will be auctioned online on July 18, including 22 water-washed geisha, 14 sun-dried geisha, 6 traditional water wash, 6 traditional sun-tanning and 3 pacamara. Lailida Manor has a traditional washing price to be determined by the network international bidding, it can be seen that its superior strength, through the expert cup test has been unanimously affirmed, selected as one of the 51 bids.

The best Panama BOP Super Rose Summer of 2017 was born!
