Coffee mellow trip (21) Panamanian Coffee
When it comes to Panama, the first thing that comes to mind must be the Panama Canal, which is known as the "Bridge of the World." The Panama Canal connects the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean from south to north. The Cologne Free Trade Zone at the Atlantic Ocean mouth of the Panama Canal is the second largest free trade zone in the world after Hong Kong. The Panama Canal alone has made Panama known to everyone. Perhaps because it is too famous, people have little impression of Panama, including Panama's main cash crop, coffee.
Although Panama is small and narrow, Panama's coffee production is very prosperous. Coffee is mainly grown in the northwestern region of Beauregard (close to Costa Rica), where coffee is produced at a relatively high quality. In addition, David, Remar Simon, Bugabat and Tolay are also important coffee producing areas. Panamanian premium coffee is exported almost exclusively to France and Finland, where it is considered similar to Mexican or Colombia coffee.
Although far less famous than the Panama Canal, Panamanian coffee has a unique flavor.
Delightful aroma and smooth taste
I don't know if it's affected by the two oceans, but the aroma of coffee is very mild and delicate. Overall very dynamic. It tasted smooth and had the pleasant feeling of tropical sea breeze.
The acidity is balanced (the acidity of coffee grown in the highlands is more obvious) and the alcohol is moderate.
No very distinct characteristics does not mean that the quality of coffee is not good, if you can play a variety of different flavors of a comprehensive and balanced taste is also a good enjoyment.
Beautiful islands in the Panama Canal
Panamanian coffee is not very well known, but some quality coffee has been recognized, such as Cafe Volcan Baru. The annual rating system now in place (and the estate rating, which is interesting) helps Panamanian coffee grow even more. I believe Panama coffee will have more and more fine products emerging, coffee customers can always pay attention to ah.

Speaking of Honduran coffee, many people may feel very strange. Is there coffee in Honduras? In my impression, this is one of the most restless countries in China and the United States, and the current political situation is still very unstable. The only thing that can be connected with it is the world-famous diving resort of Honduras Blue Cave. Coffee? Will there be coffee production in such a chaotic country? But, indeed, Honduras
